In this difficult time of uncertainty, we have created this page to communicate with our customers. It will be updated frequently.
A stay-at-home order is in effect for all of Florida until at least May 3. This does not prevent restaurant delivery, as it's considered an essential service. All restaurants have been ordered to close their dining rooms, and they will remain closed until at least May 3. We will continue to deliver from the restaurants that offer their food to go. We have reduced our hours to 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We still have over 130 restaurants available for delivery. Some restaurants are offering a limited menu, or are operating on reduced hours. The restaurant availability, hours and menus in our system have been updated to reflect this, however, this is a rapidly changing situation, so if you place an order, please make sure we can reach you by phone in case there are any issues.
We will stay in operation so that our customers can stay home and choose delivery as a form of social distancing. The safety of our customers and team members is our number one concern. Delivery drivers are taking all possible precautions, including frequent hand washing and sanitizing of their cars and delivery bags, avoiding contact with surfaces as much as possible, distancing themselves from other restaurant patrons, and using curbside pickup. Customers are encouraged to add a note to their order such as, "Please ring the bell and leave my order at the door."
Best wishes to all during this difficult time. Stay safe and healthy!
