Covid-19 Health and Safety Precautions

We have created this page to communicate with our customers about our response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

We know that many of our customers are using our service as opposed to dining out because they are concerned about their health. The safety of our customers and team members is our number one concern. Our delivery drivers are taking all possible health and safety precautions, including frequent hand washing and sanitizing of their cars and delivery bags, avoiding direct contact with surfaces, and maintaining social distancing. Our drivers have been provided with personal protection equipment, and have been instructed to wear a mask throughout the entire delivery process. They use curbside pickup at most restaurants. If curbside pickup isn't available, they enter restaurants only when the order is packed and ready for pickup, then quickly exit and sanitize their hands. Contactless deliveries are always available and encouraged, simply specify in your delivery instructions where you would like your order left. With these rigorous precautions in place, you can be confident that your Dine Home Delivery order will arrive safe.
